Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the Device

Securely place the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the device and verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
